Additional Battery Warranties
Additional warranties allow you to display the length and cost of warranties for batteries. This article covers the following topics:

Creating Additional Warranties
- In MissionControl, navigate to the Batteries tab.

- At the bottom of the page, open the 'Additional Warranties Settings' modal.

- Click 'Add New' button to start creating an additional warranty.

- Enter the Name, length and the price of the additional warranty.

- The 'Pricing Type' will control the way the cost will calculate.
- Per Battery: The warranty price will be multiplied by the quantity of batteries on the proposal
- Fixed Cost: The warranty price will be applied to the total cost one time, regardless of the battery quantity.

- Click 'Save Warranties'.

Activating Additional Warranties on Specific Battery Options
Once a warranty has been created, it will need to be activated on the specific battery options that you'd like associated with it. To do so, follow these steps:
- Open the editor for the battery option you'd like to activate the warranty for.

- Open the 'Additional Warranties' dropdown.

- Use the toggles next to the warranties to activate the warranty for that battery.

- Click 'Update' then 'Save Battery Changes'.
