Adjusting the Proposal Features
The 'Proposal Features' section of Proposal Theme will adjust what access your users have to change shade percentages and tilt in the DirectDesign tool. To access this section of MissionControl, follow these steps:
- In the left side navigation bar, tap into 'Company' and select 'MissionControl'.
- If you'd like to edit one of your child or grandchild accounts, that can be selected in the top right.
- Then, navigate to the 'Proposal Theme' section and open the 'Proposal Features' dropdown.
- Make the necessary adjustments.
- Preview & Save your changes in the bottom left.
In this section of Proposal Theme, you can adjust the following:
Allow Shade Change
This dropdown will change which user roles have permission to edit shade percentages within the DirectDesign tool.

If set to True, all users will have access, regardless of role.

If set to False, no users will have access, regardless of role.

If set to a specific role, any user with that role, or the roles above it*, will have access.
Allow Tilt Change
This dropdown will change which user roles have permission to edit the tilt of an array within the DirectDesign tool on a solar proposal.

If set to True, all users will have access, regardless of role.

If set to False, no users will have access, regardless of role.

If set to a specific role, any user with that role, or the roles above it*, will have access.
* Solo user roles are set up in a hierarchy. Giving access to a specific role will also give that access to any role above it. The following is the hierarchy that will apply:
- Owner
- Sales Admin
- Account Manager
- Sales manager
- Setter manager
- Sales Rep
