To update your customer's utility information from the customer page, refer to this article [HERE](https://help.gosolo.io/updating-your-customers-utility-information?hsLang=en).    --- --- ### Swapping Rate Plans Some utility companies have multiple rate plans that their customer may be on, for both pre and post solar. It is important to check that your customer's proposal has the correct rate plan selected to ensure that utility calculations are accurate. Different rate plans will have different utility calculations on the proposal, based on their rate type (ex. TOU), cost per kWh, export credit, etc. Follow these steps to select the correct rate plan for your customer: 1. Click '**Update**'!   **NOTE**: Adjusting the pre-solar rate and/or post-solar rate *can* have an effect on the net metering as well as other aspects of the sale.  If you believe the rates are not current, please contact our utility research team via utilityresearch@gosolo.io to request verification of rates, NEM, etc.   ### Watch Swapping Rate Plans --- --- ### Adjusting Utility Escalation 1.
