The SunPixel map (or the irradiance map produced by the "Sunlight" button) is generated using both data from the proposal's pin location and 3D modeling based on the roof drawn by our team in the initial request. If the SunPixel map looks incorrect on the proposal, we recommend doing one of the following:
- Moving the pin location slightly (still keeping it over the main home you need the design for) & request a revision.
- Follow the step-by-step outlined HERE to update the pin location.
- Request an adjustment to your proposal's rooflines.
- Upload images of the roof to the customer files.
- Request a revision, specifically asking our team to redraw the rooflines according to the files you've uploaded.
