Reviewing Approved Utilities for Palmetto LightReach Options

Approved utilities for each option can be viewed in MissionControl. The MissionControl portal is only accessible to users with the SAAS Owner user role. 

  1. In the left side navigation bar, tap into 'Company' and select 'MissionControl'.

  2. In the 'Finance Options' tab, find the LightReach dropdown and expand to view the options.

  3. Press the pencil button to open the option's settings.

     

  4. Open the 'Utility Settings' dropdown.
    1. The utility companies listed here will be the companies approved for that option.

If you believe an approved utility to be listed incorrectly, please contact our support team. 

 

Palmetto Approved Equipment

When a LightReach option is selected on the proposal, Palmetto LightReach will check to see if the equipment selected is part of their approved manufacturers.

If the equipment selected on the proposal is not supported, you will be asked to choose a new module, inverter, or battery, depending on which equipment selection is not compatible.

Once the new equipment is selected, press 'Save Equipment'.
