Please reach out to an admin or owner to see if your company is currently configured for this product.    You can create a new customer from one of two places:  - Clicking '**New Customer**' in the top left of Solo ![CreateCustomer_GIF](https://help.gosolo.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Help%20Center%20Images/CreateCustomer_GIF.gif?width=670&height=459&name=CreateCustomer_GIF.gif) - Within the sidebar, under '**Customers**' ![CreateCustomer_FromSidebar_GIF](https://help.gosolo.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Help%20Center%20Images/CreateCustomer_FromSidebar_GIF.gif?width=670&height=459&name=CreateCustomer_FromSidebar_GIF.gif)   Once you're in the customer creation menu, follow these steps:  1. Select '**Battery**' as your Customer Type 1. If you do not see this as an option, you may not be approved to use your company's battery template, or your company may not have a battery template. Select which template you'd like for your proposal. Add your customer's utility bill information. 1. Depending on your company's preferences, this section may or may not appear.  2. Review your proposal request.  7. This will take you straight to the '**Instant Proposals'** tab of customer page, from which you can access your battery-only proposal.
