Please reach out to an admin or owner to see if your company is currently configured for this product.  You can create a new customer from one of two places:  - Clicking '**New Customer**' in the top left of Solo ![CreateCustomer_GIF](https://help.gosolo.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Help%20Center%20Images/CreateCustomer_GIF.gif?width=670&height=459&name=CreateCustomer_GIF.gif) - Within the sidebar, under '**Customers**' ![CreateCustomer_FromSidebar_GIF](https://help.gosolo.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Help%20Center%20Images/CreateCustomer_FromSidebar_GIF.gif?width=670&height=459&name=CreateCustomer_FromSidebar_GIF.gif)   Once you're in the customer creation menu, follow these steps:  1. Select '**Roofing**' as your Customer Type 1. If you do not see this as an option, you may not be approved to use your company's roofing template(s), or your company may not have a roofing template. Select which template you'd like for your proposal. Review your new customer's information.  6. This will take you straight to the 'Instant Proposals' tab of customer page. While your roofing design is being completed, you can still view the proposal by clicking 'View' on the right.  ![InstantProposals_ViewRoofingProp](https://help.gosolo.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Help%20Center%20Images/InstantProposals_ViewRoofingProp.png?width=670&height=200&name=InstantProposals_ViewRoofingProp.png) 8. You'll know the proposal design is complete when the proposal's status is '**Ready**'.
