Docs Display Name
This field will change the name that the adder option appears with on your documents. This will have no effect on the proposal, only documents requested through SoloSign.

Efficiency
Efficiency will allow the adder to change the offset by the amount entered when it is selected on the proposal.

If a negative value is entered, the offset will be lowered by that amount.
If an adder with efficiency is selected on the proposal, it will adjust the graph page to reflect the estimated consumption. It will display an “Energy Consumption” and “Adjusted Consumption”:
-
Adjusted Consumption: The usage with the efficiency adder applied
-
Energy Consumption: The original usage entered, without the additional percentage from the efficiency adder.

Price History
Pricing for adders will be managed using versions in the Price History. Each version will have its own live and expiration date. To avoid duplicates on the proposal, live/expiration dates which cannot overlap between versions. When an adder is created, it will have a V1 pricing, with a live date that is the same as the creation date:

Pricing with an existing version can be updated at any time; however, that price change will affect all proposals made between the version's live and expiration dates, regardless of when the pricing update was made.
Adding a New Pricing Version
If you would like to update an adder's pricing without affecting past proposals, click "Add Version" on the left. Doing so will add a new pricing version, where you can add your updated pricing.

When a new version is added, an expiration date will be added for the current price version, matching the live date of the new version.

Removing an Adder Pricing Version
To expire a pricing version, input a date and time into the "Expiration Date" field. This means that pricing will be available to proposals made between the version's live and expiration dates, but will not be available on proposals made after the expiration date.

To delete a pricing version, click the trash can icon to the right of the version. This will remove that version's data from all proposals, regardless of creation date and the pricing version's live/expiration dates.

Input Adder Customization
To add these customizations to your adders, please contact customer support.
Field label
When an input adder is created, the default text above the input field on the proposal is "Unit Quantity".

This label can be customized to whatever you'd like to better fit the adder configuration. For example, a trenching adder that should be priced by the number of feet entered by the user can have a label stating "Enter Feet":

Customizable Description
This allows the user to add a description to an input adder, in addition to the required quantity field.

Multiple description fields can be added upon request.
Adder Defaults
To add these customizations to your adders, please contact customer support.
There are a few ways you can customize your adder in regards to how it defaults on the proposal:
State Specific Adders
This allows you to either include or exclude specific states that the adder will appear in.
- Include States: This will make the option only appear in the states you select, and not appear in the rest.
- Exclude States: This will make the option appear in all states except the states you select.
When requesting this setting from our support team, please specify if you'd like to include or exclude, and which states you'd like the condition to apply to.
Defaulting the Adder On
This makes it so the adder will be checked on by default when the solar proposal is first created. It can still be checked off, if desired, but will be toggled on for every proposal upon creation.
Ignores Dealer Fees
This prevents the cost of the adder from being included in the dealer fee calculation. It will still be included in the final cost.
Min & Max Adder
To add these customizations to your adders, please contact customer support.
An adder can be created that is priced at a fixed amount or price-per-watt, that has a minimum value and/or maximum value. Users will be able to select the adder, then input an override value within the specified min/max.

To create this adder, our team will need to know the following:
- Default value
- Minimum
- Maximum
You're able to have only a minimum, only a maximum, or both.
Automatic Adder Conditions
To add these customizations to your adders, please contact customer support.

Display Settings
To add these customizations to your adders, please contact customer support.
There are a few customizations that can be configured regarding the way your adders are displaying on your proposals.
Section Label
This allows you to create a section heading for your adders in the 'Adders' tab in the sidebar.

To request this addition to your adders display, please let us know what you'd like the header(s) to say, and which adder you'd like the adder to be listed ABOVE.
Selected Adders Populate in Finance Page Breakdown
This can be added to any adders of you choice. This setting will allow that adder to display on the finance breakdown on the Finance page, if selected on the proposal.

This is paired with a company setting, and requires the user to use the 'Show Adders Cost in Breakdown' toggle that exists in the proposal sidebar:

Document Settings
To add these customizations to your adders, please contact customer support.
If you'd like a specific adder, or adders, to not display on your documents, that can be configured!
