GoodLeap TPO Application Errors

This is a list of the possible application status errors that can occur when qualifying for a GoodLeap TPO finance option on the proposal: 

Must be a valid phone number

This error occurs when the phone number entered for the homeowner is identified to be a default or placeholder phone number (for ex: (222) 222-2222). Ensure that the phone number entered is the correct phone number for the applicant. 

GLAppErrors_InvalidPhone

The subject property state, (XX) does not match the offer state of (XX).

This error occurs when the state listed on the application does not match the state listed on the customer information page. To fix this, make sure that the correct state for the applicant is listed on both the application and the customer information page. 

GLAppError_PropertyOfferStateDontMatch

 

Applicant(s) must be older than 18 years

The birth date entered for the applicant or the co-applicant indicates that they are younger than the minimum applicant age of 18 years. 

GLAppError_Under18

 

All applicant's citizenship status must not be OTHER.

This occurs when the applicant (and co-applicant if applicable) citizen status was set to OTHER. To avoid this issue, at least one applicant (primary applicant or co-applicant) must have a citizenship status that is not OTHER.

GLAppError_InvalidCitizenshipStatus

When applying for a GoodLeap TPO option, the customer name on the application must match the name on the Solo customer information page. This error occurs when the last name on the application does not match the one listed on the customer page. To fix this, ensure that the correct last name is entered in both places.

GLAppError_LastNameNotMatching

 

There are already active applications for the applicant(s).

This occurs when an applicant already has an active loan/lease/PPA with GoodLeap. To resolve this, the applicant must reach out to Goodleap to cancel their existing application. Once that is resolved, you can request a cloned proposal and re-qualify. 

GLAppError_ExistingApplicants

Your request was rejected because your savings is $XX.XX less than the minimum required amount.

This error is referring to the 25/30 year savings value on the Analysis page of the proposal. To fix this, the proposal will need to be adjusted until that number is above the minimum amount required by GoodLeap. More information on the estimated 25/30 year savings can be found HERE

GLAppError_SavingsTooLow

"savingsSchedule.firstYearSchedule[0].utilityWithoutSolar.consumption.value" must be a positive number... 

This error occurs when at least one month in the customer's usage data has a value of 0kW. To fix this, review the proposal usage graph page and ensure that every month field has a non-zero value input.
