How long does it take for Design Validation to be completed?
The SLA for Design Validation for both GoodLeap TPO and Palmetto LightReach is 24 hours. If you have not received a completed validation status after 24 hours, please contact our support team*.
*Please keep in mind that our validation team does not operate during weekend hours, so any jobs submitted for validation during the weekend will be picked up Monday morning.
