If you'd like to update your customer's usage using additional tools or would like to update your customer's utility information from the customer page, [please see this article](https://help.gosolo.io/updating-your-customers-utility-information?hsLang=en). **Note:** This feature is permission-based and may not be available to all users, depending on your company settings. 1. In the proposal, scroll to the consumption graph page. In the editor, you can update either the annual usage or the monthly usage. 1. Updating one will automatically update the other. 3. This is an adder that will increase or decrease the consumption/offset by a certain percentage.
