How to Contact Solo Support

To contact our support team, follow these steps: 

  1. On the right-hand side, open the 'Need Help?' tab.
  2. Click 'Contact Us':

  3. From the options, select which contact option you'd like to use*:
    1. Chat With Support: Work with Marco, our AI chatbot, to find a quick solution or be directed to a chat with our support team!
    2. Submit a Ticket: Submit your inquiry to our team who will reach out with a solution via email! 
    3. Call Us**: Call our team directly and work with an agent in real-time.
    4. Company Updates Form (Owners Only): Use this to request changes to your company structure (adding a sub-org, non-missioncontrol updates, etc).
