How to Login-As Another User

Owner and Admin Only!

The Login-As feature allows you to temporarily login as another user, to see what they see when they're logged in. You do not gain access to any private information such as the user's password.

  1. In the sidebar, open the 'Company' dropdown

Though rare, occasionally the system will not fully login-as the other user. Make sure to check that the name in the top right is the user's name. If not, log completely out of all Solo tabs and try again.

Please note: This is NOT a view-only feature. Changes made while using login-as will persist and be logged as if the user themselves made them.
