We're excited to share some fresh updates to make your Solo experience smoother, smarter, and even more powerful! Here's what’s new this release:
🔋 Integrated Battery Logic
We've enhanced our integrated battery logic to accommodate inverter+battery combinations! These changes will enable you to synchronize the inverter and battery quantities on the proposal when using an integrated battery system.
☀️ TSRF in System Details
The TSRF (Total Solar Resource Fraction) percentage for each solar array can now be viewed in the "System Details" section! This allows for easy access to the solar access and shading impact!
👩💻Professional Support
Just a reminder! We've introduced a new Professional Support tier for teams who want faster answers and more hands-on help!
Pro Support is available for just $1 more per proposal and includes everything in your current plan—plus these added benefits:
- Priority email support (responses in 4 hours or less)
- Direct phone access to our support team
- Saturday availability to keep projects on track
Important date: Starting June 30, phone support will be available only to customers enrolled in our new Professional Support tier. Your current access to email support, our Help Center, support tickets, and AI chatbot is not changing.
Account owners or administrators can easily enable Pro Support by contacting our team directly!
✅ Recheck - Coming Soon!
As more lenders require Recheck verification, Solo is making it possible to verify right from the proposal. Soon, users will be able to sync their Recheck account directly to their Solo account! Be sure to check back for updates as these new features go live!
🌳 Tree Modeling in DirectDesign - Coming Soon!
Tree Modeling is coming to DirectDesign! Users with DirectDesign access will be able to add, remove, or edit surrounding trees, preventing the need to request redesigns when modeling tree removal or trimming! Be sure to check back for updates as these new features go live!
