What adders are available? 

The Solo proposal supports three Palmetto adders: 

• Electrical Upgrade
• Battery (With Backup) 
• Battery (Without Backup)

When Palmetto LightReach is selected on a proposal, the proposal will retrieve all available Palmetto adders for your company directly from Palmetto LightReach, through the integration. Which adders your company can sell is configured by Palmetto LightReach. 

Palmetto Adders on the Proposal

1. When a Palmetto LightReach option is selected, the available adders will populate.

    

   1. These are pulled directly from your company's Palmetto account. If you are not seeing an adder that should be there, please contact your manager or Palmetto directly. 
   
   
   

2. Each adder will have a tooltip you can hover over, that will explain what it is.

   

    

3. Click the checkbox to select the adder. This will automatically open the pricing modal. 

   1. When an adder is selected, the proposal will make a pricing call to Palmetto's portal to retrieve the increased array of pricing.

4. Determine the base pricing for your customer using the 'Select Base Rate'.  

   

    

5. Use the 'Allocation to Adder' to adjust the Final kWh Rate to include pricing for the selected adders.

   1. This will increase/decrease in increments of 0.005.

   2. The 'Max Allowed Rate' includes both the base rate and the allocation to adder, and cannot be exceeded.

6. Once all adjustments are made, you can save here and the new pricing will apply!

   

    

Battery Adders

1. The Battery adders are view-only, but will be automatically selected when a Battery is added to the proposal. 

   1. If your company offers back-up or non-backup for the battery and adder, that will be updated accordingly.
