Goodleap TPO Self Service

  1. Find the GoodLeap option and tap the "Map Options" button.Screenshot 2025-02-19 at 3.54.17 PM

    If you do not see the "Map Options" button, pease contact your CSM to learn about how your company can become integrated with Goodleap.

  2. To enable Goodleap TPO for mapping, turn the toggle on.Screenshot 2025-02-19 at 3.55.16 PM

  3. Turning on the toggle will open up a pop-up with guidance on configuring Goodleap Adders before mapping TPO products.
  4. If a company is not yet configured with Goodleap TPO, an alert will appear after enabling the Goodleap TPO toggle. The alert will tell you to contact Goodleap for approval for TPO products. Users can manually clear the error sooner by clicking Try Again, which immediately runs the sync. This is useful for those configuring TPO on the same day GoodLeap updates their credentials.
  5. Once Goodleap TPO is configured, press the Proceed button.Screenshot 2025-02-19 at 3.57.48 PM

  6. After completing Map Options, press Save Finance Changes.
