How do I Re-assign a Sales Representative to a Customer?
This functionality is available to the following user roles:

SAAS Owner
-
SAAS Admin
-
Sales Manager - Only for their assigned reps
Sales rep can re-assign their customers to other reps, but will lose access once they save.
- Open the customer information page for the customer you'd like to re-assign (for help searching a customer, use this guide here).
- Scroll drown to find the section field Sales Rep and tap into the carat. A drop-down of all sales reps will appear. Select the correct sales rep.
- Scroll to the very bottom and tap Save.
NOTE: You can only reassign proposals to a sales rep that is assigned to the same company as the initial sales rep.
