How to Add and Remove Panels

 

When you have access to the DirectDesign tool, you can add and remove panels in an existing array.

1. In the proposal, scroll down and tap the "Edit" button.
   
2. In the top right, toggle on "DirectDesign".

   

3. Select the array you want to add or remove a panel from, either by clicking "Edit" on the array in the side menu or clicking on the array in the design.
   

    

To remove a panel:

1. On the right side of the page, tap the panel with a "minus" sign. 

   

2. Click and drag your cursor over all the panels you want to remove.

   

3. Press save at the top right.

   

    

To add a panel:

1. On the right side of the page, tap the panel with a "plus" sign. 

   

2. Click the spaces you want to add panels to.
   1. To change the orientation of the panel you're placing, use the selection on the right, or click "O" on your keyboard. 
      

      

3. Press save at the top right.

   

To move panels in an array

1. Select the panel(s) that you would like to move. Selected panels will be outlined in yellow. 
   1. To select multiple, you can click and drag to highlight the panels. If you're on a desktop, holding shift while clicking each panel also works.
      
2. To move the selected panel(s) incrementally, use the arrows in the bottom corner.
   
3. To move the panel(s) freely, click and drag them to the desired location. 
   
4. Press Save in the top right.
