How to Request a Proposal Revision

Once on the Customer Information page (click here to learn how to find a customer's information) of the customer you would like to request a revision for.
Request a revision in the chat section.
You can also access the revision request from the Solar Proposals page.
In the Revision Request, select the reason(s) for revision. Some reasons may ask for additional information regarding the request.
In the "Additional Notes" section, add any and all information that our designers may need to complete your request.
1. For example, if you're requesting a ground mount, you may use this section to specify the desired size and location of the new array.
Submit! This will put your request into the same queue that the initial proposal request was requested through.
