How to Upload a Solo Shade Report into Palmetto LightReach for M1

Uploading the Solo Shade Report into Palmetto LightReach

  1. In the customer account in the Palmetto LightReach portal, scroll down to "Install Package".
  2. Click " + Install Package".Screenshot 2025-06-18 at 1.52.23 PM
  3. Upload a Design Package and select "Shade Report" as the Document Type. 
  4. Choose the Solo Shade Report PDF from your device files and click "Upload Document".

Generating a Solo Shade Report

  1. Navigate to the "Solar Proposals" tab of the customer page in Solo. 
  2. For the proposal you'd like to create a Shade Report for, open the dropdown on the right and click "Create Shade Report".

  3. Once the report is generated, clikc "Download PDF".

Managing Access to Shade Reports

Owner feature only! 

To give shade report access to your users, open the Shade Report section of MissionControl. Use the "Approved Users" dropdown to select who will be able to create shade reports in Solo:
