Is Lender Priority tied to the customer or the proposal?
This feature functions at a customer level, not a proposal level. This means that once a path has been assigned to a customer, they cannot get another path unless a new customer is created.
It also means that new proposals remember where a customer is in their path. For example, if a customer runs and fails the first lender of the path and the second is made available, that will reflect in any new proposals they receive. Once a lender has become available on a proposal, it will remain available on all proposals created for that customer.
