Sunnova User Configuration

The Sunnova integration requires users to additional configurations for any user using Sunnova on your Solo Proposals. Follow these steps to ensure a user can utilize the Sunnova integration on their proposals: 

1. Open the user in Solo, using the User Search page. 
2. Scroll to the bottom of the user profile and open “Lender Credentials”:
3. In the User Lender Credentials modal, add the Sunnova Username. 
   1. This should be the email that is used when the user logs into the Sunnova portal.
4. Don’t forget to save both the lender credentials and the user!
