Using the Put in Real-time Queue button
When using the chat feature, make sure to use the “Put in Real-tIme Queue” button if you’d like to put your job back into the queue.
Additionally, when a customer’s status is “Contract Sent” or “Contract Signed” then a message in the chat will not put the customer into the queue (even if you use Put in Real-time Queue). It is recommended that you use the Request Revision feature when this is your customer’s status.
