SAAS Admins or SAAS Owners can request updates to your company's preferred queue at any time. Just reach out to your Account Manager or Customer Support at support@gosolo.io!
There are two proposal queues that requests can enter:
- Real Time: Our quickest queue, proposals going through this queue are typically delivered within 15-20 minutes of being submitted.
- Standard: Proposals going through this queue have an SLA of 24 hours.
An admin or owner can request queue preferences to restrict which queues are available to their users. There are three options for queue preferences:
Standard AND Realtime
This means that both queues are available during the customer request and users will have the option to choose which queue their request enters.
There is an option to set a default queue, that will be automatically checked unless it is manually changed.
Standard Only
This will restrict proposal requests to be requested through the standard queue only. When creating a customer, users will only be able to select "Standard" as their proposal queue.
Realtime Only
This will restrict proposal requests to be requested through the real-time queue only. When creating a customer, users will only be able to see/select "Real Time" as their proposal queue.
