CAD → Plan Set ⏩
We’ve begun renaming CAD to Plan Set across Solo. You'll start seeing this update in the sidebar, customer info panel, and request button. Stay tuned for full implementation.
Requesting Plan Set Updates (Formally CAD) 🆕
We've made improvements to streamline the Plan Set request process:
✅ Previously required file uploads (6 in Electrical, 3 in Roofing) are now optional.
✅ "Site Survey Drawing" is now "Site Survey File" for better clarity.
✅ Layout requirement is optional when no proposal is attached.
✅ Battery selection now only displays company-approved batteries.
✅ "Extra Structures" and "Elevation Detail Drawing" have been removed from the Permits tab.
✅ Impeded job emails now include the customer’s name in the subject line and will recur weekly.

Our team has made resolving bugs a priority and are emphasizing on becoming bug-free in the Solo Platform.
Move homeowner accounts between sub-companies 👥
Admins and Owners can now move homeowners to different sub-companies using a new dropdown option in the Customer Information Page.

The Solo Billing menu option now directly links to Chargebee for a seamless experience.
