Any user who should have access to the RDCL page, as part of the Solo + RDCL integration, will need an additional role added to their account.
In the user’s profile, under “Additional Roles”, add the “RDCL” role:
Once this role is added, the user will be able to schedule site surveys from the RDCL page on the proposal.
