Features of the Palmetto Integration

Palmetto LightReach offers lease and PPA (depending on the market) financing options in Solo, with a seamless credit application and approval process, pricing and quote controls, stipulations management, and other platform-specific features.

🔄 Automatically Mapped Options (ContinuousSync)Learn more here! 

Once your Palmetto integration is established, your Solo account will be automatically synced. This means that any options you've enabled in the Palmetto portal will stay up-to-date in Solo. 

Owners will be able to manage the mapped options in the MissionControl portal, such as the custom display name, live and expiration dates, and allowed states.

 

👥 User State License - Learn more here! 

Palmetto LightReach requires the sales rep to have a state license in the following states; CA, CT, IL, MD, and NV. These can be added to a users profile by the user themselves or by an admin/owner. 

  • Solo system will check and require a state license entry for the required states when a Palmetto LightReach option is selected on the proposal.
  • Solo will not validate the state license number per Palmetto LightReach requirement.

The Solo proposal supports three Palmetto adders: 

  • Electrical Upgrade

  • Battery (With Backup)

  • Battery (Without Backup)

When Palmetto LightReach is selected on a proposal, the proposal will retrieve all available Palmetto adders for your company directly from Palmetto LightReach, through the integration. Which adders your company can sell is configured by Palmetto LightReach.

When a LightReach option is selected on the proposal, the system will check to see if the equipment and utility company selected is part of their approved manufacturers/utility companies list.

Companies can receive a webhook when the Palmetto LightReach contract is signed by the homeowner.
