Requesting a GoodLeap TPO Change Order
If you've already qualified for a GoodLeap TPO lease/PPA and need to make changes to the design, you can do so from the Solo proposal. Follow these steps to submit/request a change order for GoodLeap TPO
- On the same proposal that contains the approved quote, make the desired adjustments to the Solo design.
- Open the 'Qualify' window and click 'Process Change Order'.
- This will open a modal detailing the next steps. Click 'Request Change Order'.
- Upon change order request, the proposal will enter our Design Validation queue to be reviewed by our team. You will be notified with the status, once that process is complete.

- If it PASSES design validation: The change order will be automatically submitted to GoodLeap and no further action is required.
- If it FAILS design validation: You will need to manually submit the change order. This can be done by clicking 'Process Change Order' then 'Submit Change Order'
- Design Validation failure means that the changes did not meet GoodLeap's compliance requirements and our team had to make adjustments to keep it within those requirements.
- Once the change order is submitted, changes will reflect in the GoodLeap Origin portal.
If additional changes are made to the proposal after the change order is completed, another change order will be needed.

If you're unsure what changes may require a change order, please refer to the chart below, or contact GoodLeap directly. To make these changes to your customer's account in GoodLeap, a change order will need to occur, that is the only way to update GoodLeap.
