What's New
Scheduling with Vivint on the Proposal
- On the proposal, open the sidebar and navigate to Preferred Adders.
- Click Customer Check. This will verify the customer's address and ensure that the address does not already have a Vivint account tied to it.
- Once the customer is verified as Eligible, select the Vivint package you'd like to use. Then click Update.
- Before scheduling, signed installation documents are required. Request documents for your proposal using this step by step HERE.
- Scheduling will unlock on the proposal once the customer's status is Contract Signed. This means that all parties must sign the documents before proceeding.
- Navigate to the Scheduling section of the Vivint page on the proposal.
- Select the customer's desired Appointment Date, then select the appointment time. Then Confirm Appointment!
When using a LightReach option on the proposal, the customer check and package selection will occur on the Vivint page:
