Sending Finance Documents

This article is referring to finance documents (agreements sent by the lender in regards to the loan/lease/PPA the customer qualified for). For a step-by-step on requesting Installation documents, please refer to this article HERE


Loan/Lease/PPA documents are sent and managed by the Lender, the Solo team is unable to manage those documents.  For inquiries and changes to loan/lease/PPA docs, please reach out to the specific lender that the option was approved through. 

Loan documents can be requested through the proposal for integrated lenders such as GoodLeap, Sunlight, Mosaic, Sungage, Sunnova, and Palmetto LightReach. 

  1. To send loan documents, navigate to the proposal Finance page, and open the Qualify modal.

  2. Once the application has been approved, you can request documents using the ‘Send Docs’ button.
    1. This layout of this window may vary, depending on the lender.

  3. The documents will be sent to the customer's email from the lender, and will not be managed by or stored in Solo
    1. If you're experiencing issues with the documents not sending correctly, please contact the lender.
