Accessibility? All users, regardless of permission may view and download documents. Only users with administration permission can edit.

How used?

A library of shared documents among your team. Users may download documents from here, so its a great place for forms, spec sheets, etc.

Tags

Tags are markers used to identify or categorize sets of items. SolarNexus provides users with the ability to tag documents with administratively defined tags. Tags are useful for categorizing items in multiple ways simultaneously. For example, you may define tags called "application forms," "permitting," and "incentives." If your project had application form documents for incentives and permits, you could tag the incentive forms with "application forms" and "incentives", and the permitting forms with "application forms" and "permitting." To see all application form documents, regardless of type, the user could click on the "application forms" tag, or to see the incentives forms along with any other kinds of documents related to incentives, the user can click the "incentives" tag.
