Open the **Approved States / Utilities **dropdown:  ![CompSettings\_ApprovedStatesUtilities](https://help.gosolo.io/hs-fs/hubfs/CompSettings_ApprovedStatesUtilities.png?width=688&height=345&name=CompSettings_ApprovedStatesUtilities.png) 3. Open **Approved States** to view which states are available when users are creating customers.  1. Open **Approved Utilities** to view which utilities are available when users are creating customers.  1.
