SAAS Admins or SAAS Owners can request updates to your company's preferred queue at any time. Just reach out to your Account Manager or Customer Support at [support@gosolo.io](mailto:support@gosolo.io)! There are two proposal queues that requests can enter:  - **Real Time:** Our quickest queue, proposals going through this queue are typically delivered within *15-20 minutes* of being submitted. - **Standard**: Proposals going through this queue have an SLA of *24 hours*.   An admin or owner can request queue preferences to restrict which queues are available to their users. There are three options for queue preferences:  #### Standard AND Realtime This means that both queues are available during the customer request and users will have the option to choose which queue their request enters.  ![CustomerCreation\_BothQueuesAvailable](https://help.gosolo.io/hs-fs/hubfs/CustomerCreation_BothQueuesAvailable.png?width=289&height=111&name=CustomerCreation_BothQueuesAvailable.png)There is an option to set a default queue, that will be automatically checked unless it is manually changed.  #### Standard Only This will restrict proposal requests to be requested through the standard queue only.
