What's New
What is included in a payload?
The payload contains the data sent to the specified CRM or integration endpoint. Payloads generally contain similar information, but certain events (like a completed proposal) provide highly granular data.
To confirm specific data is included, we recommend running a sample payload with a live customer. If the desired data is missing, our support team can assist in locating it.
NOTE: When viewing a sample payload, the data is static and may not represent real-time information. To see a more realistic example, dispatching a sample payload on a live client is recommended.
