What is the Installer/Install Partner on the Docs Request?
On the document request, there is a dropdown field called "Installer" (customer page) or "Install Partner" (proposal).
Installer/Install Partners function as a way to filter documents. When uploading documents to Solo, companies can request different "packets" of documents to be grouped when being requested. For example, a company may have an installer/install partner for Spanish documents and one for English documents.
Choosing an Installer/Install Partner during a document request will determine which of your company's documents you receive. These are optional, so if you only see one option, that just means your company does not have different groups of documents.
