Asset Security Update: Step by Step
Manually download the assets from webhooks dispatched previous to March 1, 2024.
Login to the Solo App to retrieve the asset files if not downloaded or stored in the company CRM.
Re-dispatch the applicable webhook from the customer account page in the Solo App. The user must have Admin permissions.
For enterprise or established companies with large quantities of downloadable assets, please contact your account manager for more information.
