Integrated Finance Options

With MissionControl, you have full control to add what finance options are being used on your proposals. Solo has partnered with a few lenders to allow for direct integrations between your Solo proposals and financiers. This means that for integrated lenders, you'll be able to qualify your customers, submit applications, send documents, complete change orders, and more, from directly within the proposal!

Any options under integrated lenders cannot be added manually to your MissionControl. Instead, options will be added and removed on the lender side first, then synced to your Solo offering via ContinuousSync.

 

ContinuousSync

The ContinuousSync feature in Solo will regularly re-sync your MissionControl portal with your lender portal to ensure that the correct options and dealer fees are showing for the lenders you're integrated with.

ContinuousSync is triggered daily when the first proposal is loaded or created under your company, so your proposals are always up to date. You'll always be able to see when your options were last synced, in MissionControl:

If you've made changes to your options in the lender portal and need to re-sync with Solo before the next automatic sync, you can manually re-sync by clicking "Map Options".

Though these options are pulled directly through the integration, you're still able to edit many aspects of how they display on the proposal.

Specifically with dealer fees, you can add premiums on top of the lender's dealer fees; you will need to use MissionControl to make those updates yourself. To learn more, refer to this article HERE.

 

What Lenders is Solo Currently Integrated With?

Solo is currently integrated with the following lenders, for Solar proposals:

To begin integrating your lender portal with your Solo account, fill out the forms found under the 'Sign up here!' links above. Those responses will be sent to our Support team, who will work with the lender to configure those credentials. The turnaround time for this process is up to 72 hours.

Once our team receives confirmation from the lender, we'll configure the integration on your account, then respond to your request via email.
