Understanding Production Graphs
Inside the Production Details modal, there are three graphs. Below, we will show what the graphs look like in the proposal and what the graph is showing and how to read the graphs.
Production kWh
The Production kWh graph will appear as a bar graph and include each month's amount of produced kWh.
Horizon Profile
The Horizon Profile graph shows how the sun path relative to the horizon (blue line) and the sun’s path across seasons (rainbow and curved blue/purple lines) — in June (summer), March (spring/fall), and December (winter).
This chart is great to check to see if the sun dips behind the blue line. If the sun does dip below the blue line & shading does occur, this will reduce solar energy production.
Lifetime Production
The Lifetime Production graph will show the total amount of kWh production for each year after installation.
