Once you’re logged into DocuSign, click into the “Templates” page:![](https://help.gosolo.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202025-02-06%20at%2012-59-07%E2%80%AFPM-png.png?width=1253&height=446&name=Screenshot%202025-02-06%20at%2012-59-07%E2%80%AFPM-png.png) 2. This page will display all of your existing templates. Use the search bar to find specific templates. 1. Click on the template you’d like to view/edit by clicking the name. This will take you to the template edit page.   1. Here, you can edit the following: 1. Name 2. Description 3. Included Documents 4. This page will allow you to adjust or add data labels. Once all desired changes have been made, make sure to click “Save and Close” in the bottom right. 1. 1.
