Administration - Set Lead Qualification Criteria
Where found? Administration menu > Project Milestones > edit Lead Qualified milestone
Accessibility? Users with administration permissions only.
How used?
In phase 1, we do not recommend trying to customize the SolarNexus project management features. One exception is defining the criteria that you deem necessary for a lead to be considered "qualified," and providing that criteria to your users via the Lead Qualified milestone. This is an important milestone because once completed, solutions may be defined and quoted. When completing this milestone, SolarNexus will display your defined criteria to the user so that they can verify that the lead is indeed qualified.
From the Administration menu, select Project Milestones. Click the Edit icon for the Lead Qualified milestone. In the Description and Completion Criteria field, input a short set of notes telling the user what is expected for this milestone to be considered complete. For example, "You have verified that: a) customer owns property, b) Energy use/bills are greater than X, c) Site appears to have suitable unshaded array area(s), d) customer says they have $ to spend, and/or credit score above 650."
