Are you able to resend the docs to the customer?

Yes, Solo can resend documents to the parties who have not yet signed and they will receive a new email notification from DocuSign, reminding them to sign the documents. In order to resend documents, please reach out to our support team at (888) 316-5845. 

 

Please note that resending documents will only send them to those who have NOT signed. Once docs are completed, meaning everyone has signed, then we cannot resend docs and a new request will need to be made.
