Can I edit dealer fees for options under an integrated lender?
Owner feature only
For options pulled through ContinuousSync with integrated lenders, the dealer fee fields will look different from the non-integrated options. Instead of one Dealer Fee field, there will be three:
The dealer fee being pulled from your lender portal will be listed under “Dealer Fee API” and will not be editable. If you would like a different dealer fee to calculate on your proposals, you can use the “Premium (%)” field. The value entered in that field will be added to the “Dealer Fee API”.
The dealer fee that will be used and calculated on the proposal will be listed under “Total Fees (%)” which is the combined percentage of “Dealer Fee API” and the “Premium”.
For example, the dealer fee synced from the lender portal may be 38.49%, but by adding a 2.51% premium, the dealer fee on the proposal will be 41%.
