Can I get a new set of docs with the pricing updated?

Documents will pull the information from the proposal that was selected or from the proposal that you requested documents from.

Double check that the information listed on the proposal matches the numbers discussed with the Homeowner.

 

Once the proposal meets your expectations, then request documents. If you plan on making further changes to the proposal, wait to request the documents until all changes have been made, to avoid needing the customer to sign multiple times.

If necessary, you can reach out to our support team at (888) 316-5845 to make updates to document requests before signing. Note that this will mean the documents will not reflect the same as the proposal and may be rejected for financing depending on the lender’s requirements.
