Can I include additional images past what Solo is asking for?
Yes you can! The more photos you provide, the better it is for our design team to have all the necessary information. You can also upload them as a zip file, or place a link on the CAD request notes for a Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.
Extra files and photos can be uploaded in the Image Gallery at the bottom of the CAD tab in the customer information page.
NOTE: Do not use the Files section in the customer chat to upload CAD or engineering files.
