Can we change the system price?

Yes. The system price can be changed on the documents independently from the proposal. Depending on how your company has set up installation documents in Solo, you may have access to edit the pricing yourself. Once the documents have been sent to you via DocuSign, review each field that has been auto populated with information from the Solo proposal and update each field accordingly. 

 

These fields will look different per company, so reach out to your Sales Manager or Company administrator for assistance on how to update these fields in DocuSign.
