What's New
Changes to Vivint Proposal Page
When creating a proposal with LightReach selected, the Vivint proposal page will now display the following:
- Red “Customer Check” Button: This button allows you to verify the customer's eligibility.
- Vivint Package Selection: A dropdown menu will appear, enabling you to choose which Vivint package to add.
Eligibility Status:
- When the customer is eligible, a green eligibility label will appear on the proposal page.
Important Notes:
- Pricing: Pricing is not automatically included and must be added manually.
- Loan Documents: The Loan Docs section has been removed for all users.
