Design Verification Workflows

There are two ways to go about Design Verification. Follow along to learn about each workflow. 

Wait for the design review to be complete, then sign the agreement:

1. Press the qualify button.

   

2. Fill out the credit application.

   

3. Press "See Stipulations" to review and upload needed verifications.

   

4. You can view the unresolved design verification stipulation on the Stipulations page.

   

5. A banner will also appear alerting that the Proposal Design is locked. The following features will not be accessible while the proposal is locked:

   1.   System Design

   2. Module and Inverter selection (Equipment selection modal. Batteries can still be updated)
   3. Direct Design functionality (edit button on the design page)
   4. Shade inside of system details

      

6. Access the Solo Chat in the upper left corner of the proposal.

   

7. After the stipulation is resolved, in the chat, if mentioned that proposal changes are made, a change order will be required. Depending on how you set up your notification settings, you will be notified by email or SMS. Also, the proposal will no longer be locked.

   

    

8. Back in the quote, a Change Order button will appear. Press the button to start the Change Order process.

   

    

9. A pop-up will appear letting you know what a Change Order entails. Once read, press confirm.

   

    

10. Once the quote is updated, press "Send Docs" to send over a new contract to the customer. 

Continue signing the agreement & wait for the design review:

6. While waiting for the design verification to be complete, you can still send docs through the quote.
