Does RDCL have a policy for resurvey for more photos if they're needed?
Yes. RDCL has a first-time-right guarantee. If RDCL misses something on the template that was agreed to with the client, then RDCL will go back for free—oftentimes the same day. If there is something beyond the scope of the template that a design team requires, then a new site survey will be booked and the regular fee will be assessed.
