Does RDCL send the customer a confirmation or reminder?
RDCL will send a text message when the site survey is booked/confirmed which includes a way to add the appointment to the homeowner calendar, a visual and name of the site survey agent coming, and a way for the homeowner to reach out to RDCL to reschedule. RDCL will also send a reminder text one hour before the site survey is scheduled to take place.
