Does the Solo Team handle Loan Docs?
We do not handle loan documents as they are sent out directly by the lender.
If you're having trouble with certain loan options not working, or trouble getting people qualified in the proposal, please contact our Customer Support team and they can work to get that fixed for you!
If you do have an integration set up with the lender (Goodleap, Mosaic, Sunlight, Sunnova, Sungage, LightReach) loan docs can be requested directly from the proposal after the customer's credit is approved.
